During summer 2008, I worked three components for the Southern Progress Corporation, which consists of 7 online titles. These components were a carousel module, text resizer, and image enlarger.
The carousel module (seen on the left on the homepage of Southern Living), is a JavaScript based module which transitions between three different content panes. It gracefully degrades and features pause/play and backwards/forwards controls.
The text resizer is JavaScript based and greatly improves accessibility for those who are visually impaired.
The image enlarger is a simple lightbox integration for the site.
