It’s good to be back at Rensselaer. However, I’m re-realizing that I have a busy semester ahead of me. That’s not a bad thing, but it means I won’t have as much time to work on web design. At least the weather’s been nice in Troy.
Today or tomorrow, I plan on adding shopping carts and other projects that I’ve worked on for KISS Computing. The focus of my work on the shopping carts was modifying and adding functionality to them to suit the needs of various clients. I also developed tools and functionality, which are not publically available, for shopping cart management and statistics.
Finally, Apple unveiled their MacBook Air, which weighs 3 pounds and is 0.76 inches thick. While this is certainly a technological feat, it seems unnecessarily slim, like a supermodel, and comes with a steep price. The 1.6 GHz model starts at $1799 and the 1.8 GHz model starts at $3098.
